- Graduates and parents/guardians are asked to arrive by 12:45 p.m. Please be punctual.
- Refer to the seating chart in the program and follow the instructions of the staff.
- The ceremony is formal, so please dress appropriately.
- If you require special arrangements, contact the Office of Educational Affairs at your faculty/graduate school as soon as possible.
- Please do not bring large items, such as suitcases, into the hall. We cannot hold your luggage at the reception desk, and Tohoku University will not assume responsibility for any lost or damaged items.
- The ceremony will be live-streamed online.
